About Rising Leaders
Rising Leaders Enrichment Center was founded with a vision to provide high-quality childcare and early education that supports the whole child academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Founded by sisters Brittany Butler and Paige Butler-Banks, Rising Leaders was created to meet the needs of working families while providing children with a safe and enriching environment where they can thrive.
Rising Leaders Enrichment Center is located at 2869 Woodlawn Terrace 38127, Rising Leaders serve children 6 months - 12 year old. The hours of operation is 5:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Rising Leaders Enrichment Center is led by co-owners Brittany Butler and Paige Butler-Banks, sisters who share a passion for creating a safe, structured, and enriching environment for children and families.
Together, they bring over 15 years of experience in childcare leadership, child development, program management, and community engagement. While both are actively involved in the overall vision and success of the center, each plays a distinct role in daily operations and organizational leadership.
Brittany oversees the administrative and business operations of the center, including financial management, payroll, budgeting, purchasing, and organizational systems that support the center’s stability and growth.
Paige serves as the center’s operational leader, overseeing daily childcare operations, classroom management, curriculum implementation, staff support, and family engagement to ensure children receive high-quality care and educational experiences each day.
Together, Brittany and Paige are committed to building a nurturing, professional, and development-focused environment where children can thrive and families feel supported.
